Global Electrical were chosen to carry out the chiller replacement programme on 3 office blocks in Chiswick park London, this involved extensive negotiations and meetings with the client and Transport for London and Network rail to build a solid program to replace chillers with minimal disruption to road and rail services.
Extensive site surveys were mapped out and lifting plans submitted for the essential weekend works to get the chillers lifted off the 3 buildings and removed off site under waste licence.

Our New Trane Air cooled chillers were lifted into place ready to be re connected back onto the Chilled water circuits.
New modified and fabricated pipework was installed to connect the chillers back onto the site after disconnection.
The electrical 650Amp supply was extended on all chillers to allow for connection.
The modbus controls were rewired and connected onto chiller modbus card and controls were set up to integrate and control chillers from site BMS.
The new pipework was Insulated and clad with an aluminium cover to match existing finish.
