Global Electrical have been chosen as the preferred contractor to supply and install new Trane Air Handling Units across the site as part of a site replacement and upgrade program.
Global Electrical liased with the client to design the Air Handling Units to deliver the designed amount of airflow required for the Lab projects on going on site.
Global Electrical worked with the site Trend contractor and wired the Air Handling Unit controls back to the new trend control panels to include all new wiring and containment.
A selection of Units being craned into position before ducting pipework and wiring was installed.
Installing ground floor AHU into tight position ready for wiring and pipework/ducting to be done.
Units complete with wiring to trend controls and pipework completed and flushed then dosed with glycol, pipework all tested and insulated with PIB.
This unit had a CMR unit installed, which we arranged for the manufacturer to do pre delivery.
Another unit installed on pre made upstands with purpose made and galvanised I beams for unit to be built on.
